Should you choose Bali Villa Weddings & Events to be responsible for the decoration of your private villa function area we can certainly assist.
For those choosing to utilize our catering services for functions where more than the normal number of guests who can stay in the villa are attending you will, most times require additional tables, chairs, glassware, cutlery etc. and we’ll be able to offer you a costing for these items if requested to do so.
The table and table decoration price you will receive upon request will include : tables, chairs, cutlery, plates, table decoration, limited villa function area decoration, table & seat covers, candles, wine glasses & water goblets.
We can also setup a full or limited bar for you and your guests and will happily provide a per person price based on your exact requirements, the number of guests attending etc.
The per person charge you will be quoted for the basic bar setup will cover :

- ice cubes
- bar staff
- glassware
The charge for the drinks you wish to have included in your bar depends entirely on what you wish us to provide for you and will be costed based on your personal needs.
A charge for bar staff overtime becomes due after midnight and again will be costed according to your particular schedule.
