Should you choose to celebrate your wedding or other special event in a private villa we will handle all reservations, confirmations and payments of the villa on your behalf so that you only need to deal with one organization and will save on costs of unnecessarily transferring funds to various companies and accounts.
Also, if you book your private villa through us you will save on your event coordination fees.
We will of course organize your arrival and departure transfers upon check-in and departure and will be your liason for all villa related issues leading up to and during your stay in Bali. We will ensure that any refundable deposits are dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner for you and make sure you are fully aware of all the terms and conditions related to holding an event at your villa, right from the start.
We will then communicate with you to ensure we understand exactly the style of event you have in mind so that we can organize decorations of your private villa which match perfectly with both the property itself and the image you have for your special event.
We can do a many styles of decoration for you. We can have things specially designed and made for you. It is entirely up to you whether you choose an extremly simple or extremly elaborate style of decor.
All you need do, is ensure you let us know as clearly as possible what exactly you wish for and we'll do the rest!
