Bali Villa Weddings & Event's 'Villa Hotel' category includes properties which operate both as a hotel and villa and, which have at least one restaurant. These properties, unlike those in our Private Villa category will charge for all additional services utilized eg: laundry, room service, telephone etc. They generally operate as a 'hotel' and charge for services in exactly that way.
Others in the 'Villa Hotel' category actually use the word villa in their name but are not a villa in the traditional sense of the word ie: they do not have kitchen or living room facilities but rather offer stand alone, bungalow style buildings for accommodation.
Some of the villa hotels do have kitchen facilities in individual accommodations whilst others (most) do not. Some have private living rooms and pools whilst others do not. Please make sure you read through the 'facilities' section on each property you may be considering to ensure you clarify these points.
It is also important for you to know that in relation to villa hotels, setup & decoration styles and prices for functions and events are not standard, since each property has it’s own inclusions and rates for these items. Prices and descriptions of what can be provided by each hotel will be advised once you have selected your hotel.
Unlike private villas and villa complexes where a function may be held without any decorations if required, most villa hotels will actually impose a compulsory setup & decoration style and fee for functions.
Another very important point when booking a villa hotel for a function is that outside catering is not usually permitted and therefore all menus and costs will be provided by the property at their normal rates.
