Apart from the master suite plus four other bedroom suites you will enjoy the well stocked bar set adjacent to the dining area with views over the pool and ocean, the fully air-conditioned dining area can be open-air if preferred and overlooks the lily water gardens to one side and ocean to the other and the dotcom room has something for everybody whilst the fully equipped kitchen is completed with state of the art commercial grade equipment and set apart from the rest of the structures. The current nightly fees for a function and a stay at The Istana are :
Low Season US$ 1,000.00 per night 2 nights minimum stay
January 9th to Jly 14th (excluding Easter Week), September 16th to December 19th
High Season US$1,500.00 per night 5 nights minimum stay
July 15th to 31st, September 1st to 15th & April 14th to 21st (Easter Week)
Peak Season US$2,000.00 per night 10 nights minimum stay
August 1st to 31st, December 20th to January 8th (Xmas and New Year Period)
Additionally, to hold function for more than 15 guests at The Istana the following fees will be imposed :
Function fee equivalent to one nights' stay (dependent on seasonal rate at the time)
Local Banjar-council fee Rp3,500,000 (approx. US$350.00)
Refundable security bond against loss and breakage US$ 500.00
A 'function only' alternative is available also and if this is selected you will enjoy one night of accommodation:
Total charge US$4,000 including 1 night of accommodation (5 bedrooms or 10 guests)
The local Banjar-Council fee is already included
Bali Weddings International fees for whatever type of ceremony you select or for a function organization fee are to be added to the above prices and so too are prices for setup & decoration of the site, catering, entertainment etc.
