Villa LiaMika, which was completed in January 2001, lies in an area of 1400m2, and is located in arguably Bali's most up-and-coming area, the Oberoi district of Seminyak. We are unique in Bali in being located within the compound of The Legian hotel (an Aman hotel affiliate), giving our guests the privacy of a private villa with the security and many of the amenities (including room and dinner party service) of a 5 star hotel. Villa Liamika has been designed with all modern amenities in mind, including a clean water supply, modern kitchen with equipment from Europe, air-conditioning throughout, cable TV, HiFi, a full 90kv backup electricity generator and a salt water pool. Luxuriate in the privacy of your own three bedroom villa, appointed to the highest standards. The villa has been carefully designed around a beautiful 15 meter salt water pool, and is set in lush, tropical gardens, with broad expanses of carefully manicured lawn, which have been designed to maximize the privacy of all guests in a party. Children are well taken care of, with a big hamper of children's toys, games and movies to give parents the break they deserve!   The quality of our staff and facilities ensure that guests can tailor-make their stay in Bali according to their precise wishes. Our villa staff comprises 3 housemaids who will assist you in anything you may wish, and a private chef is on call should you wish to eat in rather than sample Bali's finest restaurants on your doorstep!
